[DS213+] Database Operation Failed.

Hallo,

Hardware:
- Synology DS213+ met DSM versie: 4.1-2657

Software:
- Cloud Station

De storing:
Zojuist melde een gebruiker dat die een foutmelding heeft gehad, volgens hem was het; Database operation failed.
Dit terwijl hij normaal zijn laptop opstarten. Hij moest handmatig opnieuw de connectie starten met de cloud station. Nu gaat zijn cloud station client alles opnieuw synchroniseren, terwijl op beide locaties de data staat. Zowel op de client als op de NAS.
Naast deze gebruiker werken er nog 12 met dit apparaat waarvan er 3 in het buitenland en die hebben geen problemen ondervonden.

Iemand enig idee wat ik kan doen om de synchronisatie te laten stoppen omdat het op beide locaties aanwezig is.
Of hoe ik deze foutmelding kan tegen gaan?

thank you for the inquiry.

If this errors occurs in Cloud Station, it could be the Cloud Station database on the client or server side is corrupted.

Please uninstall and reinstall the Cloud Station client on the user's PC. If the problem persists, please uninstall CloudStation package without preserving the previous database from DSM Package Center, and reinstall a new one from scratch.

Doing this where files in CloudStation folder will not be removed, however file versions will be gone. Also, the CloudStation software needs to be re-linked / or files have to be re-synced again on the computer client.
