Maar niet echt info over 32 bits / 64 bits.....  dus ik denk het NIET...

Deze info lijkt alleen over hardware te gaan, PHP is software...

Als de CPU (=hardware) géén 64-bits ondersteund, zal het ook géén 64-bits software kunnen draaien.

er staat niets over de busbreedte van de CPU....

Er zijn alleen 64bit php binaries voor intel x64 processors en wel alleen voor windows.

Klopt !
Marvell zal een licentie hebben van ARM om zelf een SoC te maken.
Gebaseerd op de ARMv5.
EN wat Ben ook al aangaf : "Er zijn alleen 64bit php binaries voor intel x64 processors en wel alleen voor windows."
