Bij dit soort formaten krijg je heel andere vraagstukken. Dan is dsm te beperkt.
Emc en netapp kunnen per storage deel bepalen hoeveel cpu's er voor dat gedeelte actief mogen zijn b.v. hebben we het nog niet over het aantal netwerk aansluitingen enz.
Prijs van dat soort oplossingen is dan ook weer anders.
Dan is synology een spotgoedkope oplossing.

Inmiddels iemand al praktische ervaringen met BTRFS i.c.m. DSM6? Ik ga mijn DS415+ volume formateren in BTRFS om de mirror opties te gaan inzetten. Zodra ik dat gedaan heb en mijn backup heb gerestored zal ik mijn zsm mijn ervaringen delen.
